We want to ensure you love your purchase! Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.
1. The 2-Day Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery, as tracked by our courier partner. After 48 hours, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
2. Store Credit vs. Refunds
Standard Returns (Size/Preference): If you simply changed your mind or need a different size, we will gladly issue you Store Credit once the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. We do not offer cash/bank refunds for standard returns.
Refund Exceptions: A full refund (to your original payment method) will only be issued if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, provided you meet the verification requirement below.
3. MANDATORY: Package Opening Video Requirement
To protect against fraudulent claims, we strictly require a continuous unboxing video to process any return or refund for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
Video Guidelines:
1.The video must show the entire unboxing process from start to finish.
2.The shipping label and packaging must be clearly visible before opening.
3.The video must be completely continuous with NO cuts, NO pauses, and NO edits.
4.If a video is not provided, or if the video shows cuts/edits, your return or refund request will be automatically declined
How to Initiate a Request
1. Within 48 hours of delivery, email us at labelvenere@gmail.com with your Order Number.
2. State whether you are requesting a standard return (for store credit) or reporting a damaged/wrong item.
3. Attach your unedited opening video (for damaged/wrong items).
4. Our team will review your request within 48 hrs and provide you with the next steps.
Exchange Policy
2-Day Size Exchange Policy
We want you to look and feel your best in our gear! If your items don’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help you swap them for a different size.
Because we keep a fast-moving inventory, all size exchanges must be requested within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Policy Guidelines
The Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached.
The Window: The 2-day clock starts the moment the tracking number shows your package was delivered.
